Welcome to eSIMKRD. By using our mobile application and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the eSIMKRD app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

eSIMKRD provides digital eSIM services that allow you to:

• Purchase mobile data plans for travel
• Install eSIM profiles on compatible devices
• Monitor data usage
• Manage your eSIM subscriptions

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our services. By using eSIMKRD, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must register using your phone number. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Maintaining the security of your account
• All activities that occur under your account

5. eSIM Services

Device Compatibility: eSIM services require a compatible device. It is your responsibility to verify that your device supports eSIM before purchasing.

One-Time Installation: Each eSIM can only be installed on one device. Once installed, it cannot be transferred to another device.

Activation: eSIM plans are activated upon installation. The validity period begins from the time of first data usage in the destination country.

6. Payments and Refunds

All prices are displayed in USD. Payment is processed through our authorized payment partners.

Refund Policy: Refunds may be available for unused eSIMs that have not been installed. Once an eSIM has been installed or activated, refunds are generally not available. Contact support for exceptional circumstances.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute eSIM services without authorization
• Use automated systems to access the service

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be affected by:

• Network coverage in your location
• Technical maintenance
• Factors beyond our control

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eSIMKRD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
